Course Delivery Options:
Online & Face to Face - Following completion of your online training component of approximately 4 hours you will attend a Face to Face assessment of approximately 1 hour.
Face to Face - Face to Face contact time of at approximately 8 - 10 Hours (minimum of 5 people for face to face delivery)
The First Aid and LVR course is essential if you are conducting live work or working with live switchboards. The course covers the performance of rescue procedures from a live Low Voltage (LV) apparatus, not including overhead lines and underground cables in the workplace.
The following units will be included in your certificate:
HLTAID009 - Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
HLTAID010 - Provide basic emergency life support
HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid
UETDRMP018 - Perform rescue from a live LV panel
This certificate has an industry recommended renewal period of 36 months - with the exception of CPR & LVR being 12 months
