Returns and Refund Policy

Essential Training Oz wants our customers to be entirely satisfied with their purchase. For any product questions or issues, please contact us. Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind returns

If you have changed your mind about your order, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that:

  • You request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • You can provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and unopened in it’s original packaging.

For change of mind returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Defects

Your items should arrive to you in good condition and working order. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contacty us immediately if any item is damaged, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong item. We will review the order and resolve any issues and make sure you’re happy with your purchase. Essential Training Oz will cover shipping costs for damaged or defective products.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return we’ll notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. Approved refunds will be returned using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take some time for banks and payment providers to process the refund.
